Overall after a few days I like our draft. It took me some time to warm up to some of the picks but I think we had a pretty good draft. I would overall give it a B+

I was not always on the Eric Berry bandwagon. I still don't think that it was the best pick for this team right now. But I think he was a good pick. He is a player that has alot of talent thats for sure. I just hope that the O line will not suffer and that we can get some pressure on the QBs next season. Hopefuly with the new coaching staff that is there the current players will step it up and be able to get this done.

Dexter Mccluser I had not heard his name before the draft. I was shocked to see his name come across. I could not understand this pick at all. Then i started seeing video of him and the guy can make some plays. After seeing that and hearing that there were more teams that were about to take him in the same area I have warmed up to this pick. He has been compared some to Wes Welker. Who would no better who the Next Wes Welker is then the guy who found the first. I think we might have found a steal here.

The rest of the draft we addressed O line and got a guy who again after seeing videos on him I am happy to have. You can never have to much depth on the o line. We got anther corner this is probley the pick that I have the biggest problem with still. We had already got help for the defensive backfield I think we should have gone with help on the defensive front here. I was hopeing to get a guy like cam thomas but after seeing him fall and fall I can not help but to think maybe Pioli and company knew something that the experts didn't I just will we had addressed the defensive front before we got 2 players for the backfield.

Overall I am happy with the draft. It took me some time to warm up to a couple of picks but I think that we did well. With the draft and the other moves that we have made in the offseason I think we have probley improved more then any other team. The season can not get here fast enough.

I can't find anywhere that you and I disagree, I am not unhappy with Berry, but would have been happier with Okung. I had seen some video of Dexter McCluster and he is a young man who has had to do some growing up and who I think has the potential to be a quite team leader.
Overall, I, like you, think we have drafted well this year. The Chiefs are probably never going to draft all the players we, fans, would like them too but that is why Pioli and Haley are in the position they're in and we are in the position we're in. :)
