I think if he truly wants to teach the team "how to win" then he must go for the "much needed win" JMHO.

like kicking easy FG's then being down by one score??

I didnt really understand the game plan at all-if their even was one??

Oh I don't know the field goal I saw in those weather conditions I would think is not too easy, but yeah...
