You are right, the only positive was bowe not dropping a important pass.
Cassel put up big numbers in a prevent defense, big deal. He went back to his holding on to the ball to long. Cost us a field goal and fumble for a touchdown.
It also seems he cant see the field, like he keys on to one wr.
But he didnt suck it up as much as the defense did. I swore i saw orton reading a paper on acouple of pass plays. The chiefs have a young secondary and not having mcgraw and lewis was the killer. You`d think romeo wouldhave blitzed more.
Winning the west now is all but gone.
As in past years the chiefs get your hopes up and then the crash comes.
A6tleast they have won ,so far, one more game than last year. Also they have won more,so far, than the cowgirls.
I don't think you can 100% discount what Cassel did. But his numbers were inflated a bit by how that game went. But Going forward it might help give him and bowe some confedance and maybe that will help this team. That's at least how you can spin it so you don't seem like theres nothing to take away from that game.
