Today was truly a great day to be a fan of the Kansas City Chiefs. The first great day for Chiefs fans in a long time. The Chiefs were clearly wanted the game more then the Broncos. The Broncos looked like a team that thought that they could get a win by just showing up to the stadium.

Jamal Charles proved that he can be a starting RB in the NFL. He has proven that he can take a hit and keep going. Jamal is definitely going to be a part of the Chiefs as the Chiefs move forward in the rebuilding process. He started only the last part of the season and not only got to the 1,000 yard mark but got a good amount over that.

While there is a lot of good in this game. There is also some things that the Chiefs will still have questions to answer going forward. The Defense showed today that they still have problems and still need a lot of work. They gave a great day to a receiver that they really should not have. That's just one of the many things that the Chiefs are going to have to look at going forward.

While this season was not one that any Chiefs fan hoped for The Chiefs did take some steps to go forward. Jamal Charles brought a bright spot to the whole offense. Tamba Hali was the bright spot on the defensive side of the ball. Ryan Succop was the bright spot in the special teams department. Here's to a better 2010 season. A year the Chiefs started out right. :chieflogo:

I am one happy Chiefs fan right now. We're undefeated and 2010 and the Donks are win-less in 2010! :D

I now have a great game this year kept on the dvr so when the boring times of summer tv and lack of football hits, i can sit back with a cold one and watch it. I was beginning to wonder if it was going to happen.
